## Kaizen Manifest

Kaizen Manifest is a manifestation app for iPhone and Android. Users start by talking to it about where they want their life to go. It writes affirmations from their own journal entries, plays guided stories set in the life they are working toward, and sends a nightly message from their future self, optionally in their own voice. It also has a release ritual, anonymous circles, a gratitude journal, lock screen widgets and a studio for recording affirmations. It does not sell user data or use what users write or record to train shared AI models.
